While doing this longer juice cleanse, plan to drink 4 bottles a day for 5 or 7 days. We recommend this order:

During your 5 day or 7 day detox, prepare clean meals with fresh and simple ingredients. Avoid highly processed foods, foods with added sugars or artificial sweeteners, high sodium, alcohol, and more than 1 cup of coffee.
If you’re an all-day coffee drinker and worried about caffeine withdrawals, consider switching to matcha during your cleanse.
